2. Power Math
Power Math 7 is a supplement to the 7th grade common core curriculum being taught at Arroyo Seco
The course centers around the 7th grade common core state standards
Previous concepts will be covered to prepare and reinforce 7th grade standards.
Students will bring in material and any questions from their math course, as the goal of this class is to enrich the math curriculum.

5. Homework
Due to the fact that this is a math course being taken in addition to Math 7 course, homework will be very sparse. The vast bulk of the material will be done in class.
However, some projects or assignments may require additional work at home.

6. Make-Up Work Student will complete missed assignments.
There will be no tests or quizzes.
Non-graded assessments will be taken to help me gauge their progress. These assessments will not be graded.

7. Grades Grading will be based on three main factors: Completion of work
In-class activities
Participation

8. Teamwork I am available for help generally at Nutrition.
