$500 plan I have $500 to cover all my expenses, ill have no additional income but shelter and utilities are included I have included BC’s taxes (GST &PST) in total cost when applicable

Cell Phone By buying this phone through WIND, I can get a cell phone for $5 a month By doing this I save a lot more money then buying it outright and its more reliable then a used phone Along with the phone I can set a plan up on it for $39 a month which include calling texting and data With this plan I can avoid paying for home internet because this phone has data This adds up to $44 a month ($49.28 with GST & PST) with a phone and plan
4
Transportation With a limited budget getting and paying for a car monthly is unrealistic Using a TransLink concession compass card is a much better choice, for $52 a month I can travel anywhere in the greater Vancouver area, using bus, sky train or sea bus
5
Entertainment Buying a Netflix subscription for $7.99 a month it allows me to watch unlimited movies and TV shows with out having to pay for home cable
6
Food Using superstores online checkout I was able to create a list of items that would last me a month coming to $147 By purchasing in bulk a coupon was automatically added Also by preparing my on meals I can save a lot money from eating out
7
Personal Once again using superstores online checkout I made a list of product that came to $26 But these items don’t expire so they will last a long time which saves me money every month I would also need a hair cut about ever month which comes to $52
