Overview This presentation will walk you through how to request benefits using the Time Clock terminals.

Benefit Requests Press the EMPLOYEE button.

Benefit Requests Scan the employee badge.

Benefit Requests Press the BENEFIT REQUEST button.
Benefit Request application lets the user request new benefit, and see the status of their previous benefit requests.

Benefit Requests On the Benefit Request screen, the system displays the benefit types that are previously set on the Benefit and Absence Type Maintenance screen. Select a date by clicking on the appropriate box. Select a benefit type

Benefit Requests After benefit type selection, the system shows the absence reason selection screen. Select a reason from the list.

Benefit Requests After absence reason selection, the system turns back to the previous screen showing the selected absence time box in yellow. The numbers 11 and 4 represent available time and requested time respectively. Notice that the available time decreases and requested time increases when the button is pressed. Press the SAVE button to save the benefit request.

Benefit Requests Notice that, the system displays May 15th in yellow, which means the request made on that day is in pending status. Select a date by clicking on the appropriate box. Select an absence type. Press the SAVE button to save the benefit request.

Benefit Requests After the manager’s approval, the system displays requested benefits and their statuses in different colors. Green represents an approved request. Yellow represents a pending request. Red represent an unapproved benefit request. Once a benefit request is approved/disapproved by the manager, the employee is notified by a message during his next logon to the Time Clock.
