Quantification of cathepsin D was determined by the ratios of these two peptides using ASAPRatio software. B, the reconstructed ion chromatogram of the precursor ion from peptide AIGAVPLIQGEYMIPCEK in its light and heavy versions using ASAPRatio. The ratio of heavy (pooled pancreatitis) versus light (pooled normal) was determined to be 1.8 (note the difference in the y axis between the two chromatograms). Ru Chen et al.
