Each “A or C” resolution from the January meeting was implemented during the editorial caucus immediately after the January meeting.
The comments spreadsheet r30 was updated with Edit Status and Edit Notes reflecting the implementation of approved resolutions. The Edit Notes field indicates any interpretation or modification of the resolution that was implemented. The Edit Status field indicates one of: EI (implemented with no modifications), EM (implemented with modifications), EN (nothing to do).
Extensive checking/reviewing was performed: each submission and each comment was checked. Each change visible in the redline was checked.
This draft was published as D1.10

Editorial ad-hoc process
Same process as used last time round
Editors (Adrian, John Ketchum) will provide resolutions to the comments assigned to the editorial ad-hoc and make matching edits to produce an unapproved version of the TGn draft.
This will be reviewed with a volunteer panel and any necessary corrections made.
A Draft 2.01 will then be published on the server, and a call for comments on the editorial resolutions will be made to the reflector.
A meeting of the TGn Editorial ad-hoc will be scheduled for the May TGn session where any additional issues with the editorial resolutions may be reported and discussed and a resolution approved.
A Draft 2.02 incorporating any modified editorial resolutions and a consistent version of the editorial ad-hoc spreadsheet will be brought to TGn for approval by motion at the end of the May 2007 session.

Call for additional Editorial ad-hoc volunteers
Most of the work of the Editorial ad-hoc is done offline
A worthy band of trusty volunteer stalwarts has assisted me over the last year. Without their assistance, we would not be where we are today.
Any member is welcome to contribute to this activity, which involves approximately 2 weeks of effort per 2 month cycle. The more volunteers we have, the more coverage and higher quality we will achieve.
