EnPI migrated from SEC to more advanced model based on multivariable regression analysis
Every new investment decision consider energy efficiency and life cycle cost of new equipment
We find area of Critical Operation Parameters as key point for achieving low and no cost savings
training and knowledge transfer have become part of our business culture

5. Barriers and Learned Lessons
Employees are not aware about importance of managing energy
Awareness can be build trough awareness campaigns and proper communication of successes
Lack of competence for fulfilling new roles
We use opportunity to raise competence by sending our employees to UNIDO EnMS and UNIDO CASO expert trainings
We also organize in house trainings to transfer knowledge from one employee to others
Limited budget for energy efficiency investments
We achieve 5,5% reduction in light fuel oil consumption with completelly no cost measures

From the government as national policy maker we expect to recognize EnMS potential and to use it as useful tool for achieving European agenda regarding energy usage reduction
Company decision for next 2 years is to reinvest money saved by EnMS in its further improvement
