For each person in your support system (think of 4), write down their name, contact info (phone number or ) and why you’d call them.
What is it about that person that makes you feel supported?
Once completed, take a moment to decorate it. Make it unique, just like you are.

Today, we will make a visual support system.  
With a piece of white copy paper, sketch out how you see your support system organized.
It can be a list, circles, or boxes. The design does not matter. Organize it in a way that best speaks to you.
