“Association pour le Droit à l’Initiative Economique” (Adie) Good Practices Non-financial services for strengthening micro-enterprises New marketing strategy for services offered, including a new dedicated communication tool. One-on-one support for specific categories of micro-entrepreneurs. Specialized help desks, which are staffed by volunteers, staff members, expert partners 3-day data-processing training course after which the entrepreneur is given the possibility of acquiring his/her own computer for 100€. TRANS-FORMANDO S.Coop.Mad. The LACER products are the result of three years of work in Spain, France, Hungary and Poland. Good Practices - LACER Project The LACER Methodology is intercultural and proposes two phases of the learning process: Training in business creation and management Tutoring: one-on- one training on the development of each entrepreneurial project. EVERS&JUNG (1) Good Practice – Α scheme providing a cost-effective way of reducing default rates, by providing mentoring support to start up businesses. The intention is that regular checks, every three months, will identify problems before they become too difficult to manage. Business support is tailored to the needs of the clients. EVERS&JUNG (2) Good Practice – MiniControl Software Computer-based business support tool for micro-entrepreneurs Entrepreneurs can learn to use it within two hours, and it does not require accounting skills because it operates on a cash flow basis.
