8 Using last results from Benoit on our Monte Carlo:
MC luminosity: f= Hz at L=1032 MC lum=rate/440.98×1032 = rate× ×1030 online lum (Web)=rate ×0.25×1030 online lum (Web)= MC lum×(1+10%) Systematic shift due to “Born” acceptance vs. full MC acceptance only Background contamination also shifts luminosity estimate towards higher values… putting beams out of collisions also shows a contribution at the level of ~10% [but depends on machine conditions…]
