2. Go live is scheduled for October 1st

3. New Manager & Staff
Nicole Sharkey was hired out of the Accounting Services Office as the new manager of UFSS
Michael Gill will also be supporting UFSS

4. Transition Team is configuring the appropriate systems
Bank account is being established
Policies and Procedures are being reviewed
Where appropriate, efficiencies are being established (i.e., using same process as campus)

5. What Can I Do Now CFS security will be used for UFSS security
Identify anyone who needs CFS security and produce a CARS request to ensure they are ready by go-live.

6. Training Training will be scheduled in September
Look out for announcements via the BPRT lists, Sac Send and the Monday Bulletin
New website being established with documents, training information, etc.
