3 IPv6 sub-TLA address APNIC started to allocate IPv6 sub-TLA at Jul 1999. For APNIC member only Applicable from APNIC web page 47 sub-TLAs are allocated from RIRs (at Oct ) 17:APNIC, 9:ARIN,21:RIPE

4 JPNIC IPv6 sub-TLA application agent service
Currently, APNIC sub-TLA allocation is for MEMBERS-ONLY JPNIC has started agent service for JPNIC members since Jan 2000. Six JPNIC members obtain sub-TLA using this service since then. 8 organizations have sub-TLA in Japan.
