In order to comply with the 2009 Ethics Reform Act, all public employees must complete the conflict of interest training e-learning course provided by the State of Massachusetts Ethics Commission.
Online training can be found on Valley Collaborative website under Professional Development
Completed certificate can be scanned directly to Human Resources via your locations copy machine
