Language Treasures “language treasures” are words in your language which no translation can do justice to In 2008 the Portuguese word ‘Saudade’ was submitted more often than any other word to the language treasures database. It (roughly!) expresses a feeling of missing and longing for something or someone.

My English ‘language treasure’ word
Assertive It means a form of behavior characterized by a confident declaration or affirmation of a statement without need of proof that affirms a person's rights or point of view without either aggressively threatening the rights of another or submissively permitting another to ignore or deny one's rights or point of view.
