Goals
Reduce the number of duplicate records for JSTOR titles.
Calculate the costs for reducing the number of catalog records for print serials.
Improve available metadata for collection management.
Create a plan to:
Review the application of ISSNs in records and correct incorrect records.
Review multiple records and request to have OCLC merge duplicates.
Invite input :
Share the plan with serials catalogers, listen to concerns, and revise the plan if necessary.
Begin the project – ~Sept 2017
Communicate results via PAN listserv or written report for next PAN meeting.
