2. The plan for 2016
There is not a request for additional funding in 2016 as
reported at the FALC meeting in November, 2015.
The current need for 2016 is 741K CH and the remaining
Common Fund is estimated at ~800K CHF. This funding is
coming from 2015 carry-over.
We have one outstanding invoice to Asia/Oceania
in the amount 118.K CHF. These invoices has been submitted
and we are awaiting payments.
The existing Common Fund (carry-over 2015) has been
budgeted towards salaries, travel and meeting support.
We also have a current contract for updated Linear Collider
brochure.

3. Summary
The remaining Common Fund: - The LCC will be in effect until the end of A discussion is in process on how to obligate the remaining balance of our Common Fund outside the needs of salaries and travel. - If there is an extension of the LCC or a new organization is named, there may be a need for a common fund or other funding. There may also be a need for transitional funding. This is a topic for the ICFA meeting. - Once a decision is made, we will budget the remaining Common Fund accordingly.
