PCS EC Test-Session Location: Vienna February  no / very low progress towards October for the functionalities in PCS EC Core-System October 2018-February 2019: PCS Interface has been developed. It will be presented at PCS TB on 7 March 2019.
2. 14 May  very important session The most of functionalities should be available for testing.

4. 10 September RCA, Sibelit and RCC Hungary are checking if new testers could join the PCS EC Test-Group.

3. PCS Envelope Concept
PCS EC Go into Production Final date: not yet decided. It will depend on the Test-results during the Test-Session on 14 May and on 9 July Planned was: 2 September New situation: Rolling Planning Process (TTR) will be implemented already in August 2019 in PCS NG and at later time it will be «migrated» in PCS EC.
For this reason the deadline of 2 September 2019 for Go into Production must not be kept and can be postponed about 4-6 weeks (tbc). Ideal date: about the 14 October 2019 ? Question: can we put PCS EC into Production before creating all IM national parameters by the IMs (to be checked: October 2019). NB: on 15 October 2019 the RFCs must publish the Reserve Capacity for tt2020.

4. PCS Envelope Concept
PCS EC Training Target: Learn PCS EC new functions and preparing the dossiers for tt2021 in PCS EC Production. The user will use the functionality «Carry forward» for copying the dossiers from tt2020 into tt2021 directly in PCS EC Production. Preparation of FTE A ( ). Feasibility Study Request Deadline: Monday for tt2021 Exigent task for the leading RUs due to the fact that after the migration of the dossiers tt2020 from PCS NG Active tt into PCS EC Active tt the structure of the dossiers tt2020 will not be up-dated in PCS EC. And we assume that the migrated dossiers in PCS EC will have very different data structure evaluated from «good» (comprehensible) until «very bad» (uncomprehensible) depending on the complexity of each dossier.

PCS EC Training Precondition / Recommandation : the IMs prepare the national IM parameters from 15 until 25 October Mate Bak will clarify on PCS CCB on 28 February 2019 if the IMs agree to solve this task until 25 October Dossiers of tt2020 should be in AT in PCS EC Production (Migration closed).
Leading RUs know the (new) timetable concept to be created in PCS EC for tt PCS EC Training should takes place a short time before the dossier creation.

          Migration of all dossiers from PCS NG to PCS EC, by RNE / NCA                                        
     JO RNE, together with the support of RUs, IMs and RFCs for understanding the data written in each dossier, up-dates all dossiers tt2020 in PCS EC that didn’t reach the phase AT on = Migration-Date.                                  At the end of October we estimate the number of dossiers P/F for tt2020 that will not be in AT a very low (<100 dossiers).

At the date X all dossiers and all tt periods will be migrated from PCS NG into PCS EC, by JO RNE / Netcetera Case 1: In PCS NG the dossiers of tt2020 are in the phase Active tt (before the migration). Estimation: over 95% of all dossiers (if migration after 15.10)
After the migration the dossiers will not be up-dated / rectified. That means: The RUs accept inconsistencies. The process Path Modification and Path Alteration will be realized via the national systems.

1. After the migration the dossiers will be up-dated / rectified by JO RNE with the support of the leading RU, IM and RFC in order to understand the content of each dossier in the right way. Question: JO RNE can up-date the RU-tt in PE, Obs or PP even if during these phases no writing rights are allowed in RU-tt.  to be clarified. 2. The users RU, IM and RFC check the correctness of the dossiers and continue to work in the dossiers. They switch them until the Phase Active tt. Precondition: users know the new functions of PCS EC. 3. The leading RUs will use the function «Carry Forward» for copying the dossiers of tt2020 into tt2021 in the Phase Open.

Next official PCS EC Test-Meeting already planned : 26 February 2019, in Vienna FTE-Office extended the JO RNE invitation to all RUs Passenger and Freight that tested the system on 18 October 2018 (before the postponement’s decision). Freight RUs: DB C DE (Julia Weiss), RCA (Manfred Grosser) 1), SNCF Fret (Gabriel Seguette, Remi Tourenne), Sibelit (Dominique Louppe) 1)
1) already excused. Lineas (Benny de Smedt) and RCA (Karl Bauer) are looking for new Tester in Freight Traffic. Passenger RUs: DB F (Matthias Lück), ÖBB (Josef Wurzenberger), NS R (Peter Bouman), SBB (Laurent Stalder, Corinne Engelberger), SNCF (Fabrice Peigné), Thalys (Jean Quaeyhaegens), Trenitalia (Giampiero Ciprigno)
