IKEA to build three new Mega in Moscow IKEA Centres Russia has decided to put up three more shopping centers in the Moscow region. The company looks for land plots in the north-east, east and west of the capital in order to establish the new shopping centers. (Realty.rbc.ru, 15.09) Scania opens flagship workshop Scania has opened a new service station in Golitsyno, Moscow region. The total investment in this project has exceeded RUB 800mln. (Sdelanounas.complexdoc.ru, 09.09) Swedes to build residential complex in St. Petersburg Bonava, previously NCC Boende, plans to establish the residential complex, Magnifika, in St. Petersburg. On an area of 10 hectares the company will set up approx. 140,000 sq.m. of residential real estate. (News.stroit.ru, 28.09) IKEA expands Moscow distribution center IKEA will invest RUB 8bln in the expansion of the existing distribution center in Esipovo, Moscow region. The new investment will increase the volume of the center by 190,000 cubic meters, practically a doubling. The expected cargo turnover will amount to 7,500 tons of goods per day.
