8. Czech lessons learned
1/ participatory process reinforces the ownership of outcomes;
2/ if a strategy cannot be operationalized, it is no good;
3/ run only one implementation process – ideally, focus on your own domestic needs and make the implementation of the 2030 Agenda a function of that;
4/ implementation governance is as important as implementation plans;
5/ seriously consider outside assistance – in this case European money;
6/ engage the new European Commission as soon as possible.
