Google Hangout - Conferencing tool
These are the actual applications you will be learning, but remember that they are not the sole goal of the course
All using Windows/98
Word processor – to create professional, persuasive documents and proposals
Spreadsheet – table with rows and columns and the ability to do powerful calculations and cell manipulations. Has some graphing and database management tools also. Very good financial tool.
Database – to handle many different types of information that are related. You can calculate and report. Very good parts or problem management tool.
Presentation tool – to state a case graphically; usually to accompany a speech, but can be viewed on its own
Web development tool – to create a web site to post on the internet.

Free Open Office is okay but not tutorials for all
No need for Open Office if you have MS Office
Instructions mostly for Windows, but Macintosh OS is okay
Submit through moodle first but if moodle does accept your assignment.
