The red fluorescence represents β-catenin staining in the cortex (A, B, D, E, G, H, J, and K), and in the inner medullary regions (C, F, I, and L) of kidneys from normal (A through C), UUO 4 d (D through F), UUO 7 d with vehicle-treated (G through I), and UUO 7 d with sFRP4-treated (J through L) mice.
