Each of these students would have each contributed 700 points towards API, instead of 200 (FBB), and 500 (BB)
When students drop they contribute less points, when they gain they contribute more points

This helped us overall as our FBB decreased by 2% and moved into the next bandwidth (now contributing 500 points to our API instead of 200) PR/AD also grew by 1%
