Adventure Tourism Definition to Adventure: “Adventure tourism is a type of niche tourism involving exploration or travel to remote areas, where the traveler should expect the unexpected” Adventure tourism can be accomplished in many environments, depending upon on the demand of the person. Traditionally, adventure travel includes some type of sport. Adventure tourism, depending upon an individual's physical abilities and desires, Adventure tourism can include a number of more passive activities, including guided tours, mystery tours. Adventure travel unlike other activities requires more agility and physical fitness Adventure travel is a kind of traveling that demands a high level of endurance and fitness of mind and body.

Mountaineering The term mountaineering describes the sport of mountain climbing, including ski mountaineering It attempts to reach the highest point of unclimbed big mountains Mountaineering is often called Alpinism, especially in European languages, which implies climbing with difficulty such high mountains as the Alps Trekking: to travel by walking through an area with many mountains, rivers, etc., for pleasure and adventure Types of Trekking Camping trek is one of the most adventurous, fully organized, supportive and enjoyable trek for the trekkers. Camping trek is not suitable in every location. It is most appropriate in unbeaten trekking trails.

Tea House trek, also known as lodge trekking, is a relatively cheaper way of trekking where meals and accommodation are provided in a teahouse. Trekking along with the guides and porter is called Guide and Porter trek.
