Keep a running list of flash cards for our Word Wall Words: I, can, the, we, see, a, like, to, and, go, you, do, my, are, with, he, she, was, for, have, of, they, said, want, here, me!
We Are Learning About…
Reading: We will focus on the letters Jj and Qq and the sight words here and me. We will make, confirm, and revise predictions to help us understand stories better. We will utilize all reading strategies together to help us solve tricky words. Reading Essential Question: What can help us go from here to there?
Writing: We will practice printing Jj and Qq as well as writing personal narratives about how we travel!
Math: We will finish GoMath Ch 8:Represent, Count and Write 20 and Beyond!
Science: We will finish Unit 4: Day and Night!
Social Studies: We will focus on the Hawks Rise character trait Determination as we get closer to first grade!
