2. Work request are for: Why Use Work Request
1 department (group) to request work by another,
or one individual to request work of another individual
Work Request have an opportunity to be rejected or approved.
Work Request can be ed automatically by INFOR to selected people in the plant as soon as submitted.
Rejected & Completed Work Request can be ed automatically by INFOR to selected people in the plant as soon as marked rejected or completed.

3. OVERVIEW STEP 1: Go the URL & Login using WXXX ID for your plant
A basic user has been created for your plant: the user ID & Password do not change.
Login ID is WXXXX, Other Plants currently: (where XX is your Plant Number in INFOR)
Login Password is WXXXX,
Note the system is set to automatically log the user off after no activity.
If this is happening too fast for your plant please request an adjustment from your maintenance manager.
