Prior to your initial call with your Upgrade Lead (Bobbi or Linda)
Your GLCC System will be created from our model system
Initial customizations of your GLCC System to match your CSO System
Weeks 1 and 2
Admin training in GLCC System
Watching training videos
Verifying customizations
Q&A calls with your Upgrade Lead

4. Process & Timeline – Approximately 5 weeks
Data imported into your GLCC System from your CSO System
Imports will be mapped and completed by your Upgrade Lead
Your review of imported data
Week 5
Final Data Import of items created since initial import
Launch of your GLCC System
You will need to notify your users with the new login URLs
CSO System login pages will be disabled and memos updated to direct users to your new GLCC System login pages

Data will be imported for all major data entities in CSO
Students / Mentors / Alumni
Admin Users / Faculty
Employers / Contacts
Jobs / Interviews Schedules
Events / Workshops / Advising Appointments
Observation Notes
Resumes / Cover Letters / Other Documents
Includes transactional details (signups, applicants, etc.)
