Education Information on school attending, GPA (3.0 and higher), and high honors Work Experience Detailed description of where, when, and what was performed at a certain place of work

Detailed description of where, when, and what was performed at an internship Awards and Activities Concise listing of associations, awards, leadership, and extracurricular activities Volunteerism Concise listing of the where, when, and what was performed at a place of service Additional Information Languages, Study Abroad, Technical Skills, etc.

The Formula Easy Parts First! Headline
Assemble your name at the top, then home address, address, and phone number on a separate line Education List your school’s full name, city, and state, GPA if 3.0 and above, and then Honors, each on separate lines; GPA and Honors should have semicolons in front of them Awards and Activities List your awards and activities on separate lines [ex. Awards: 1st Place in County Science Fair]; list the most important ones first! Volunteerism List each role followed by the place of service, separated by a comma

The Formula Hard Stuff Last Work Experience
List each job in reverse chronological order; assemble the company name, city, and state to the left, the years to the right, and your specific role under that line; next use the Block and Bullet Method! Internships Same steps as the work experience Additional Information Assemble specific subsections then list specific information [ex. Languages: English, Ibgo, Spanish] Profile Summarize your best skills, accomplishments, and abilities in a concise paragraph
