Continue to focus on accountability in all areas.
Finalize the development of long range plans for roads and bridges.
Finalize fleet equipment rates and rebuild budgets to reflect them.
Continue to focus on efficiencies for Gravel Road Maintenance programs.
Continue and Enhance the Calcium Stabilization Program for haul routes.
Continue Review of Surfacing Gravel Specification / Gradation / Application Rates.
Culvert & Drainage Maintenance.
Bridge Repairs & Maintenance.
Continue efficiency reviews and staffing levels to ensure best practices are utilized.
Assist other departments where efficiencies may be gained.

The department continues to evolve through leadership changes, training opportunities, technological advancements and innovation.
Continual reviews of efficiency while maintaining the highest level of service and accountability will pave the way for the municipality into future years.
Operational enhancements in all divisions will be investigated and implemented.
Staying the course and failing to challenge the status quo is no longer endurable.
