1. Lesson Objectives By the end of the lesson you will:

Be able to set up a suitable folder structure in your user area and Outlook.

2. Your iGCSE You will be taking the CIE iGCSE. Consists of 3 exams.
An internationally recognised qualification.
Consists of 3 exams.
40% Paper 1 = Written Theory Exam (2 hours)
30% Paper 2 = Practical Skills Exam 1 (2 ½ hours)
30% Paper 3 = Practical Skills Exam 2 (2 ½ hours)
All 3 exams will be taken at the end of Year 11

5. Task 1 – First Impressions
Spend 10 minutes looking at the 3 example exams (available on the VLE)
In your books under the sub-heading ‘My first impressions’ answer the following:

8. Task 2 – Create Folders
Open an message, store messages using a suitable planned structure, save attached file(s), store files using an appropriate planned structure.
