2 Make a table for your plant
Every 3 days we will go down to the greenhouse and examine your plant. You will track for 3 plants on Mon & Friday: Date(s) Plant height Amount of water (example: 2 x for 20 sec mist) Greenhouse Temperature Observations (record any observations such as new leaf, soil, etc.)

3 Peas Light: Full Sun Days to germinate: 8-12 Depth: 1- 1 ½ in.
Days to Harvest: 58 When to plant: February After danger of frost, sow outdoors. Will tolerate light frost but sensitive to heat. Plants perform best when supported by trellis

4 Radish Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 4-7 Depth: ½ in.
Days to Harvest: 28 When to plant: March After danger of frost, sow outdoors. Thin when plants are a few inches tall.

5 Pepper Light: Full Sun Days to germinate: 10-12 Depth: ¼
Days to Harvest: 75 When to plant: March Start seeds indoors, 6-8 weeks before frost. After danger of frosts sow outdoors. Keep best moist to spurt seeds. Thin when plants are a few inches tall. Transplant to garden after frost. Harden off before transplanting.

6 Beets Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 10-12 Depth: 1 in.
Days to harvest: After danger of frost, sow outdoors. Will tolerate light frost, but sensitive to heat. Thin when plants are a few inches tall. Plant in March.

7 Onion Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 10-12 Depth: ½ in.
Days to harvest: 115 Start seeds indoors, 6 to 8 weeks before frost. When transplanting, clip green growth to 3 in and plant 2 inches deep. After dager of frost sow out doors. Thin when plants are a few inches tall. Plant in March.

8 Broccoli Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 10-14 Depth: ½ in.
Days to harvest: 90 Start seeds indoors, 6-8 week before frost. After danger of frost sow outdoors. Thin when plants are a few inches tall. Harvest before flower stalk forms. Plant in March.

9 Green Onion Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 10 -12 Depth: ½ in.
Days to harvest: 60 Sow in open ground well exposed when soil is warm. Thing when plants are a few inches tall. Plant in March.

10 Spinach Light: Full sun Days to germinate: 8 – 10 Depth: ½ in.
Days to Harvest: 45 Sow in open ground well exposed when soil is warm. Thin when plants are a few inches tall. Harvest before flower stalks form.
