Government organisations e.g Dublin bus give jobs, aid research, can run unprofitable and necessary services like Dublin bus for the publics needs. Maybe overstaffed, unprofitable, poorly capitalised, poorly run Privitisation= Sell government companies to private business people

Private versus Public companies
