3 Summary of Types of programme
1.Pretender Plan 2.Tender construction Plan 3.Accepted construction Plan (Contractual Programme Realistic accepted by both parties.) Establish form of programme control 4.Target programme 5.Rolling or look ahead three weekly programmes 5a.Sub specialised trade and section programmes 6.Provision for On going monitoring and adjustment of all programmes. Objective is to keep with in realms of Contractual programme to avoid LDs and penalties DEPARTMENT OF CONSTRUCTION

4 Task definition Tasks –an individual item or sub project of work by a single person, trade or organisation , which when combined with other tasks in the correct sequence and relationship will result in an event occurring.
