4 Attribution Theory Definition: Explaining someone's behavior by either their personality traits (disposition) or the situation they are in (situation). Fundamental Attribution Error: underestimate the power of a situation and overestimate the power of someone's disposition

5 Attitude Definition: feelings that lead to our reactions about objects, people and events. Peripheral route persuasion: use of incidental cues. Something illogical. Central route persuasion: using thinking and reasoning to arrive at a conclusion. Use evidence and arguments.
