2. Why do we need the template?
We need this template to make all BIOCAD presentations look uniform and presented information consistent and structured.

3. Template sections
For easy use, we have divided the template into several sections:
Cover.
Main slides with various layouts of text boxes, lists, and photos.
Photos and pictures management with the most winning layouts of photos on the slides.

4. A grid
A grid is a system of a slide. It helps to balance the objects, separate and structure information and images, and to work faster. It also helps your slides to look nice.
Our template provides the grid. To activate it, choose View (tab) and enable Guides.
Our grid also includes fields on the side of the slide. Please, be careful and try no to go beyond these fields.

5. Basic rules for making presentations
Your presentation should be clean. Avoid abundant small details.
You should present information in a systematic and consistent way. The template provides multiple layouts of text boxes and images.

6. Basic rules for making presentations
You may change font size, text boxes, and images; to do that, always use the grid. You can enable it in View (tab)>Guides.
You may use only corporate fonts, colors, and icons. You can find them in a respective section of the sample slides.
Place branding photos bleed (to the edge of the slide or on the whole slide). Use section Photos and pictures management in the sample slides of the template.
Mind spelling and punctuation; do not leave prepositions at the end of a line, always carry them over.

7. Font size
Having created the text box, you should set basic values of the text: font, size, typeface (bold/italics), and line spacing. These values are set in the menu bar (Font and Paragraph).
For normal text use Calibri standard font; size – 20, line spacing multiple at 1.1. Interval before a new paragraph makes 10.
For headings use Calibri bold, size – 35, line spacing multiple at 1.1.
For large text use Calibri Light standard font, size – 50, line spacing multiple at 1.1.

8. Extra material
Together with the template we have made a separate presentation with extra material you can use for your work.
It includes:
Basic elements of the corporate identity – logo, hallmark, and colors;
Adjusted graphic elements – icons, schemes, and diagrams;
Different colored backgrounds that may be used as separators;
Stock photos;
3D-packages of the most significant BIOCAD drugs;
Several slides with basic info about BIOCAD.
