If you are born in the Maldives, you are born a Muslim.
Leaving Islam could result in the loss of citizenship.
Normal church life is impossible for the small number of Christians in the Maldives.
Christians can’t do any religious activities in public and do not have the complete Bible in their native language.

3. PRAY FOR OUR PERSECUTED FAMILY
Pray for the Church to come up with creative ways of meeting, and to support one another during these testing times.
Pray for growth in the Body of Christ in the Maldives.
Pray that Christians know they are not alone and that they are strengthened in the Lord.
