A local band from Montgomery - $1,000 Better cover band for Birmingham - $2,500 Even better cover bands from Atlanta - $4,000 A popular, new group from Atlanta - $5,000 Popular , nationally known band from la or nyc -$6,500 Well known, internationally known band from la or nyc - $8,000 All of them are opportunity cost because maybe one band might cant make it.

Entertainment Decision
I chose the better band from Birmingham . They charge $2,500 dollars. I picked them because It will be a good chance for us to discover new people.

Location Decision I chose the Wetumpka Civic center to have the party to be at. I will cost $1,000 for us to rent it. I chose this because it’s a big enough space to have a party at.

I will have decorations plus a full meal with dessert catered. This will cost us $5,000 for it. I have chosen this because the students will like to eat a nice good meal and dessert at the party.
