Goal In the app you can gets goals for yourself such as goals for sleep, fitness, activity, weight, and nutrition. Progress can be viewed daily, weekly, monthly, or even annually

Description This app lets you track your overall fitness 24/7 by helping the user set and reach goals, sync fitness devices, and by following UA athletes. The app also can be used to log workouts at the gym, using GPS mapping to see your running routes, see the relation between things like sleep vs. fitness and step activity vs. nutrition. All of this combined is used to make a healthier individual overall and focuses on all aspect of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Use/value The value of this app to the user is to get on a schedule regarding their health, nutrition, fitness, and sleep. All aspects of healthy living contribute to overall health, and this app is a 24 hour service to give insight, tips, and records to show the user what their daily habits are and what they need to change in order to reach their personal goals.
