2 “Where are you” Team on the Run’s Geolocation feature allows users assigned by the company admin to locate their team members directly from mobile app (‘where are you’). The feature is also available on WebChat. Check out the following slides to find out more about how this feature works on mobile. 2017

3 Activate Geolocation For all users User by user
On Web Company Administration Settings page, choose a Geolocation status for all users: − Inactive – feature will be disabled for all users − On Demand – one shot tracking: get users location at requested time − Tracking – real time location tracking − Disabled – set Geolocation status user by user If set as disabled at company level, Geolocation can be enabled when creating or editing a user: − None – user can’t be tracked − On Demand – DM can request user’s location at a specific time − Tracking – real time location tracking

4 Assign Dispatch Managers
Allow users to locate other users by assigning them as Dispatch Managers*: − Over all users or a custom user list − On WebChat, mobile app or both *Users can be assigned as Dispatch Managers when the admin creates or edits them.

Conversations Team members locations displayed on map − Dispatch Manager (DM) taps the geolocation icon in a private or group conversation screen − His team members location is shown on the map − DM is shown if Geolocation is enabled for him Tap icon Dispatch Manager General notes: The screenshots show Team on the Run for iPhone. While the design slightly differs on Android phones, the feature works the same.

7 Expand ‘Contact details’ section
Conversations (2) − Map options: refresh, center, compass − Tap on grey banner to expand Contact details section − Contacts are organized by distance from DM – closest to farthest − The time and date of the contacts’ last location is shown + battery level and network type (Wi-Fi, 3G, etc.)* − DM is always displayed on top of the contact list Map options: Refresh – refresh contacts position on map Center – centers the map on DM location Compass – rotate the map to match the direction of the DM Expand ‘Contact details’ section * Due to iOS limitations, battery level and network type will not be displayed on iPhones.

8 Push-To-Talk calls & channels
Team members locations displayed on map − DM taps the geolocation icon in a Push-to-Talk call or channel screen to see where the other participants are − Their location is shown on the map, along with that of the DM (if he has enabled Geolocation) Expand ‘Contact details’ section Dispatch Manager

9 Slide to minimize banner
VoIP calls Slide to minimize banner − Tap the geolocation icon in a VoIP call screen to see the contact’s location on the map. − If the Dispatch Manager has enabled Geolocation for himself, his location will also be shown on the map. Dispatch Manager

10 Search address − Dispatch Managers can search an address to see which contacts are near − After selecting an address, it will be displayed on the map − Only the contacts near that location are now visible on the map − Users are reorganized by distance in the contacts details section: from closest to farthest from searched address

11 Emergency message − User sends an emergency message
Message recipients − User sends an emergency message − Dispatch Manager sees a pop-up message and locates the user by pressing the geolocation icon − User who sent the alert is displayed in red on the map − App shows the distance between user who sent the alert and the DM Message sender NOTE: Emergency Alert is an optional feature of Team on the Run that allows users to send a standard or custom message to a preset list of users.

12 Emergency call − User makes an emergency PTT call
− Call is answered and the Geolocation icon becomes active − User who sent the alert is displayed in red on the map − App shows the distance between user who sent the alert and the DM Call recipients Call sender NOTE: Emergency PTT call is an optional feature of Team on the Run that allows users to make a group PTT call to a preset list of users.

NOTE: Screenshots in the presentation showed Google Maps, but the app also supports Open Street Map (requires integration with OSM server).
