THINK-PAIR-SHARE con. Please choose AT LEAST 3 questions that interest you. Rank the questions from 1 to 3. 1 interests you the most 2 is the next most interesting question 3 is the next most interesting question Continue ranking the questions if they genuinely interest you ! 2. Record your responses on the sheet. When you are finished- please turn your paper over.

THINK PAIR SHARE con. 3. PAIR- Turn to a partner. Discuss your responses. Try to generate 3 questions that interest both of you. Be persuasive. 4. SHARE-Work with everyone at your table. Try to generate 3 questions that interest everyone. Rank those questions from 1 (most interesting) to 3. 5. SHARE with the class. See what emerges!!

WHAT DOES NOT INTEREST YOU?
Create a legend on the top of your page indicating which colour of pencil records the questions that do interest you. Use a different coloured pencil to indicate which questions DO NOT interest you. Record your responses on the page and the colour of pencil in the legend at the top of your page

CURR303 Assignments Workshop. You will prepare and teach one 60 minute workshop with a partner in January and February 2008. Learning Activity: You will submit one learning activity that allows students to explore one question from your unit. Your learning activity will follow the format from the Promoting Authentic Secondary Science web site ( What is Science Project? You will complete a small project on a self-selected topic that you will share with a small group in April 2009. Detailed instructions for all of these assignments is found at If you would like to complete alternate assignments- please talk with me ASAP
