11. For the 2020 Season
Only 1 team relegated from Division 3 for this season
13 teams will be promoted from D4E/W/C (subject to ground grading & Committee approval)
These 13 will form the new D3E/W in 2020
This season 2 teams from 4E/W/C will be relegated with 6 teams promoted from D5E/W for 2020
In 2020, only the Champions in D3E/W will be promoted, with 2 going down in each division.
All other divisions will remain 2 up & 2 down (except D8/9 which is always subject to change)
This should ease the congestion within the League Structure

12. For the 2020 Season
All clubs to have an appropriately trained Club Welfare Officer (CWO) by the start of the 2020 season.
