1. GEG - How to Deactivate Operator

2. Log into CDX. Click on your role (Signatory or Preparer)

3. At the Home Screen, locate the Operator you want to Terminate and click on the Action dropdown menu and select “Deactivate Operator”

4. Select Certifiers and click “Continue”

5. Click “Continue”

6. Verify your Pending Form is now “Draft Deactivation” and click on the Action dropdown menu and select “Certify Deactivation”

7. Click “Deactivate Operator”

8. Select Certifiers and click “Continue”

9. Read the Statement and Click “Accept”

10. Enter your CDX Password, answer the Security Question and click “Sign”

11. Click “Close”

12. Verify that your Operator Status is now “Deactivated”
