November 2017 doc.: IEEE /0417r38 November 2017 Motion #2: TGaq Waiver Request Having received negative comments from the RAC, and the P802.11aq BRC having exercised due diligence in an attempt to resolve these comments, and having received additional comments from the RAC indicating this attempt did not satisfy the RAC Request that the IEEE WG approve and forward the waiver request in document r2 to the EC, as per IEEE-SA Standards Board Operation Manual section (Mandatory Coordination) "At the time of project submittal to the IEEE-SA Standards Board for consideration for approval, the Sponsor shall supply the most recent coordination comments and indicate either acceptance or a request for a waiver (see )."
