Write down all FE activities and their (approximate) costs How many are linked to learning? Cross off all activities that aren’t directly linked to learning Star activities that have potential to become linked to learning Circle activities that are linked to learning

Create a Mini-PD session to use to train staff for linking FE activities to learning. 5 to 10 slides Provide specific examples Encourage new perspective (L2L)
