3. Streetscape Grant Program
Provides matching 1:1 funding to business/property owners to install streetscape improvements between the street and front of their building.
Eligible Property Types:
Multi-family residential
Commercial
Light Industrial/Manufacturing/Technology
Eligible Costs include:
Landscape materials
Brick pavers
Street lighting
Street furniture
Decorative fencing

4. Provides matching 1:1 funding to business/property owners to install façade improvements to all sides of their building visible from a right-of-way.
Eligible Property Types:
Multi-family residential
Commercial
Mixed Use
Eligible Costs include:
Brick or stucco installation
Painting
New doors, windows, awnings
Decorative lighting
Façade signage

5. Development Assistance Program
Provides funding to cover costs of permitting & impact fees for building improvements for new and expanding businesses.
Eligible Property Types:
Multi-family residential
Commercial
Light Manufacturing/Industrial/Technology
Eligible Costs include:
Building Permit & Inspection Fees
Water & Sewer Impact and Connection Fees

6. Nuisance Abatement Program
Provides funding for necessary repairs to blighted and unsafe properties.
Eligible Property Types:
All residential and commercial property
Eligible Costs include:
Exterior painting
Window glass and screens
Stairs and railings
Rafter, soffit and fascia repair
Porches
Yard maintenance and debris removal
Demolition

7. Land Value Investment Program
Identifies abandoned or foreclosed properties and determines whether or not acquisition and rehabilitation will encourage private investment.
Priorities for Use of Property:
Neighborhood Revitalization
Return of property to productive tax paying status
Affordable housing
Remediation of brownfield sites to encourage economic development
Land Value Investment Program

8. Commercial Revolving Loan Fund
Provides gap funding for businesses that need capital to open or expand.
Eligible Property Types:
Commercial
Light Industrial/Manufacturing
Technology Industries
Eligible Costs include:
Varies- depends on business plan
Process:
Will be a partnership between the CRA and local financial institution
Business Plan required; approval subject to financial institution approval
