The Passive Voice is used when we are more interested in what happened than in who performed the action;
e.g. The first radio was built in Germany.

The Passive Voice is used if we don’t know who performed a certain action;
e.g. My television was stolen yesterday.

Journalists write articles.
Articles are written by journalists.
