6. Creation: the act of creating the universe, or the universe that has been created.
Stewardship: Looking after something so that it can be passed on to the next generation.
Environment: The surroundings in which plants and animals live and on which they depend to continue living.
Conservation: Protecting and preserving natural resources and the environment.

8. Christians believe that the world was created by God and that God made Humans to look after the world as stewards. This means they should leave the world a better place than they found it
Christians believe that because:
The bible teaches that God created the word and that all of God’s creation should be respected.
The teachings of Jesus, Especially the Parable of the Talents, say that Christians should leave the world better than they found it
Jesus taught that Christians should share the good things of the earth

9. Other reasons:
Christians believe that humans have been placed in control of the world by God and that the resources of the world have been created by God for Humans to use.
Therefore Christians must respect and care for the environment though environmental concerns should not hurt human beings.
