There are many ways to enjoy Valentines Day with out the extra sugar, calories, and expensive dinner bill! Take a romantic walk around a local lake, garden or neighborhood while enjoying your loved one and the outdoors. Or, hop on your bikes to a local park and enjoy a healthy picnic for two!
