4. Once on a summer day, a crow became very thirsty
Once on a summer day, a crow became very thirsty. It flew to and fro in search of water but in vain.

5. At last it saw a jar at a little distance and at once flew to it.

6. But the water was out of it’s reach.

7. Suddenly, it saw some pieces of stones beside the jar
Suddenly, it saw some pieces of stones beside the jar. The crow hit upon a plan. It dropped the stones one by one into the jar.

8. As a result, the water in the jar rose up to its neck
As a result, the water in the jar rose up to its neck. The crow then drank water and flew away.
