Note marked dilatation of frontal and temporal horns of lateral ventricles. B, Image obtained 4 months after initiation of bromocriptine therapy. Note that tumor has markedly regressed as evidenced by small residual enhancement in floor of third ventricle. Resolving hydrocephalus is apparent by diminution of frontal and temporal horns of lateral ventricles.
