Project History Summer 2005 Wenatchee Foothills Trails Charrette
National Park Service Rivers and Trails, WASLA, Community Members Summer 2010 Project Team (Project Groundwork, CDLT and City of Wenatchee) met with a group of stakeholders to discuss the potential for a formal trailhead at the end of Circle Street near the base of Saddlerock. Stakeholders included; CDLT, Wenatchee School District, Chelan County PUD, City of Wenatchee and Appleatchee Riders Association. Spring 2011 Parking problems brought to the attention of the Chelan County Commissioners Fall 2011 Saddlerock purchased from State, Ownership transferred to City of Wenatchee
