Use the pairing of either and or together to form a positive relationship.
Example:
I either wanted to go to the Michael Buble or Blake Shelton concerts.
But wait, that sounds weird!
Usually we leave the word either out.
I wanted to go to the Michael Buble or Blake Shelton concerts.

3. Neither…nor
Use the pairing of neither and nor to form a negative relationship.
Examples:
These shoes are neither comfortable nor cute.
I could neither laugh nor cry.
